Official Reason From Demonoid For Their Downtime

Happy news to all!

Demonoid is coming back! Yes! Demonoid officially announced the real reason for their prolonged down time!

While access Demonoid today it says a new information as given below.

Status
The site will return as soon as possible, but there was a problem that caused data loss and the person who can help us get the data back is not able to help at this moment. The site will return when we can get his help
A loss of a some months worth of activity including registered users and torrent submissions is to be expected because the backup we are hoping to get back is not up to date, so please be prepared for it.

I know you are all start hating the person who declined to help Demonoid at this risky moment.  If anybody having capable and willing to help Demonoid to overcome this problem, those persons will be a great person and will get familiar worldwide in this situation.

Now, all Demonoid fan’s expectation is, “Demonoid need back either with all the torrent uploaded and users registered or at least with the last backup”.

Come back Demonoid.  We need you in anyway.

Add or change the name used in comments – For Microsoft Word 2007

This section will brief you about how to change remove the name (initials) used in comments.

1. On the Review tab, in the Tracking group, click the arrow next to Track Changes, and then click Change User Name.

   

2. Click Personalize.
3. Under Personalize your copy of Office, change the name or initials that you want to use in your own comments.

   

Notes 

• The name and initials that you type are used by all Microsoft Office programs. Any changes that you make to these settings affect other Office programs.
• When you make a change to the name or initials that you want to use for your own comments, only comments that you make after the change are affected. Comments that are already in the document before you change the name or initials are not updated.
• You should be an administrator in order to remove the name or initial.  Otherwise just type “.” or “:” if you not wish to expose your name or initial.

Internet pages says cookies are not enabled…

While trying to login some websites a error commonly shows that “Cookies are not enabled in your browser” but it would be actually enabled.

How to get rid of this problem?

if you are using Internet explorer, set all slider into "Low" level under the Tools>Internet Options>Security tab.

Hit apply restart your browser and try again.

Note: restore all the sliders to the default level after you finished browsing certain websites.  Otherwise your computer information are unsafe.  Because this is a security issue.  Do this trick only with trusted or very known sites by you.

Will Tally 9 Supports On Mac OS X ?

NO! Not only Tally 9 version, all other versions (include ERP Version) of Tally will not run on Mac OS operating systems.

From today morning, none can access Demonoid include US and UK users.

All users are receiving one of the following information or error from their server:

1.  Maintenance
We will be back as soon as possible, but this will probably be a prolonged downtime.
Thank you for your patience.

2. HTTP 404 Not Found – If this error received then, it is pretty sure that the server was down completely to all.

3. HTTP 500 Internal Server Error – If this error shows then, the server refuses your access particularly.

I have tried to access this site in all possible ways like Proxy Servers, programs etc. as I previously posted and I cant able to access at least single time.

Hope they down their server totally and will be back as soon as possible as they said.

How To Access Demonoid (Advanced Way)

Note: You can use this trick not only to access Demonoid.  You can also use this trick to access all other websites anonymously and also to hide your real IP to web. (If you not willing to sow your detail to the web)

Please post your comments about this topic.  That will encourage me to post lot of things like this.

Now, rather than using Proxy servers as I posted later, this is a little different method.  In that old Proxy Server method you have to access Demonoid or other sites through Proxy Servers.

But now you should have to use a stand alone program like “UltraSurf” Or “FreeGate”

Let me explain about these two programs.

A) Ultra Surf

This is a free, tiny (456kb) and stand alone program and you need not to install it on your computer.

Run this program in a few seconds your default browser will open and UltraSurf will configure your browser’s proxy setting automatically to access through proxy server’s port.  You Can ensure by viewing your connections interface.  To do so, open your browsers option window-> connections tab-> and see the assigned proxy setting under the “Proxy Server” Group box.

Do not change any settings in the UltraSurf user interface.  Leave it to default.

Now try to access Demonoid through your browser and you will be amazed.  Yes now you can access Demonoid’s home page!  Try to login in Demonoid and you will be amaze again!

If you can’t so, retry two or three times and you will be able to access.

How To Access Demonoid In A Tricky Way?

Updated News 26.09.2009: Good News to all Demonoid Fans! Demonoid is coming back again.

Demonoid blocked some countries (IP address) to access their website?!.  Whenever trying to access Demonoid.com through Internet Explorer it shows an error as “HTTP 500 Internal Server Error” and “Blank Screen” through FireFox, Google Chrome Etc., 

Nobody knows the real reason for that.  Somebody says that this is a technical problem with them.  If it is a technical trouble (Hardware Malfunction) then no one can enter into that website.  Somebody says Demonoid is gone Offline again.

But the users from US and UK can still able to access Demnoid.  So, its is clear that Demonoid blocked some Countries or IPs or ISP from access to their website.

But we don’t want any of the above.  We need to know the way to access Demonoid.  It is a quiet tricky way.  I don’t want to talk more and stress you.  Let us come to the trick.

Trick 1 (Simple):

Just try to access Demonoid through their IP Address.  IP address to access Demonoid is: http:\\62.149.24.66 type it in your browser’s address bar and HIT enter.  If it doesn’t works then try the next Trick.

Trick 2 (Extended):

Since Demonoid is still available to US and UK we can access Demnoid through US or UK Proxy servers.  If you have US or UK Proxy server’s IP address you may configure your browser to use that Proxy address .  Or you can use the following Proxy servers to access Demonoid.

1. http://www.adfreeproxy.com/
2. http://www.ad-free-proxy-site.info/
3. http://proxypier.com/

There is a million of proxy servers available on the net, but I have listed only three particular proxy server because, these are located at United States and these are fastest proxy and the main thing is these are ads free proxies (Because I know you are all hating Ads.)

Ok just go to any of the above Proxy servers and type www.demonoid.com in to the address box they provided and hit go!

Now, you can amaze! you can also access Demonoid successfully!

Be alert it not advised to expose your Demonoid’s username and passwords while your access it through Proxies.  Do it in your own risk.  I have logged into Demonoid two three times but none steal my username and password.

If you do not like these proxy you may also use any of the above linked.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Missing?

The Chief Minister Mr.Y.S.Rajasekara Reddy of Andhra Pradesh has been missing from 9.35am and all day with four others who were on his helicopter. The army, police forces from 6 districts, ISRO and anti-Naxal forces are all involved in search and rescue operations.

YSR's chopper located: 5 bodies found

Andhra's YSR, 1949-2009: Chief minister's Mr.Rajasekhara Reddy’s body found along with 4 others after commandos reach his helicopter, which crashed on Wednesday on a hilltop.

The PM's meeting has confirmed that YSR has been killed in the crash. The home minister will be briefing the media in a short while.
The helicopter carrying the Andhra CM was located on Thursday morning on Rudrakonda hill, 40 nautical miles east of Kurnool, 24 hours after it went missing.

The 11-year-old Bell 430 helicopter carrying besides Reddy, his special secretary Subramaniam, Chief Secretary ASC Wesley, pilot Group Captain S K Bhatia and co-pilot M S Reddy had lost radio contact one hour after it took off the from the old Begumpet Airport in Hyderabad at 0835 hours on Wednesday.

Hello Everyone,

Thanks for your interest to post your question here about the demonoid.  After a deep enquiry, it comes to know that demonoid got some technical hardware problem.  since they have dedicated server for torrentz, they cannot redirect their URL to some server which can be lend.
But is is pretty sure that they will back in a sort time.  Im sure about this because any of law, acts will not bond demonoid, because think about the mininova, Mightynova, Meganova, H33T, ISO hunt, Sumo Torrent, The Pirate bay etc.,  these torrent tracking sites are still alive. 
so, this is purely technical problem and demonoid will be back soon.
